The service is impressive! Since the moment that you get there they make you feel incredible! Food was excellent, pool is great! I will book this hotel again!
The hotel was really clean, quiet and especially comfortable. The pool was really big and there was enough space. We especially liked the free shuttle to the city center! The staff was so friendly and helped us out a lot!

What could be improved: Two things which worsen our experience, which should not happen in any hotel in this price.
1. We asked the reception to give us a parasol for our swimming pool because the other room which is the same type as our room had it. I asked it twice but they didn't reply to me at all and we couldn't
have it eventually although they said they will check.
2. We ordered room service, the lady told us that she brought it to a different room because I told them a wrong room number, but actually I told them a correct number. Her attitude disappointed me because she said something like it was my fault.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, very nice breakfast and the location is nice as well. Very organised with the transfers.
What could be improved: The sun beds need a deep cleaning, the covers have lots of staines.
The hotel was beautifully located on a cliff with a sea view. The hotel staff was very accomodating to the needs of our big group wanting rooms next to each other. They had frequent shuttles into the town which was very useful
What could be improved: There was a gap in food service between breakfast and lunch. It would be nice to have some small snack options available near the pool or the lobby bar

2. We loved all the services provided by the hotel : pool, restaurant, free shuttle to Mykonos town, transfers to airport and ferry (additional fees). It was all super well organized.
3. Very nice and thoughtful staff wanting to help which was very appreciated given we had two kids below 3 yo
What could be improved: You need transport to get in and out but the free shuttle makes a big difference and the main town is only 5 minutes drive away
