  The villa was gorgeous. The view was spectacular. The service was exceptional. Rodoula was fantastic. Attended to all our needs with professionalism and friendliness. Arranged our tours and our dinners. Vicky was remarkable! Fresh coffee every morning with a smile. Would absolutely recommend Ozar Villas.

  Good location, concierge was very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our whole stay and even beforehand. She was superb and is definitely give her a 10/10 rating!

  What could be improved: My recent stay at ozar Villa in Mykonos was quite disappointing and far from the experience I had hoped for. Despite the villa's stunning view, which I would rate at 8.5 out of 10, there were several serious issues that detracted from our stay.
  
  Firstly, the cleanliness of the villa left much to be desired. I would rate it a 4 out of 10. The rooms and common areas were not thoroughly cleaned, and it was evident that the cleaning standards were not up to par for a luxury accommodation.
  
  The services offered at the villa were similarly lackluster, deserving only a 4 out of 10. We encountered several issues during our stay, and despite reaching out for assistance, the response was slow and unhelpful. It felt like our concerns were not a priority.
  
  One of the biggest disappointments was the swimming pool. The pool was in terrible condition, with dirty and salty water that made it unusable. To make matters worse, the pool machines and filters were broken, leaving us with no option but to avoid using the pool altogether.
  
  Lastly, the treatment we received from the owner was extremely rude. It was clear that customer service was not a priority, and any attempts to communicate our concerns were met with dismissive and unkind responses.
  
  Overall, while the view from Ozal Villa was beautiful, the poor cleanliness, subpar services, and rude treatment made this stay a regrettable experience. I would not recommend this villa to others.
