  The staff was very helpful with everything we needed, and super kind. The room looked just like on the pictures, and the location was amazing, far away from the center to have peace, but just 10 minutes walked from the main city centre.
  
  What could be improved: The bar/restaurant was still being constructed, which means there was no option of eating or drinking at the resort. This also means that breakfast was being delivered from some outside restaurant and was usually cold by the time it got here. This will probably be resolved soon though.

  THE HOTEL'S AMBIENCE IS TOP-NOTCH, THE STAFF – ALL OF THEM – ARE EXCELLENT, AND THEIR CLEANING SERVICE IS SPOTLESS. THEN THERE COMES THE FOOD; THE FOOD IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I WANT TO COME BACK. I ENJOYED MY STAY. THEY GAVE ME THE BEST UPGRADE I COULD EVER ASK FOR. THEY ALSO HELPED ME PLAN AND EXECUTE MY SURPRISE SUNSET DINNER. OVERALL, IT WAS WORTH IT.

  We got a free upgrade to the apollo suite which has both private pool and jacuzzi.. Everything was comfortable, jaccuzi was maintained with proper temperatures in winters, pools and jaccuzi were cleaned regularly. Comfortable beds and nice staffs. Very supportive, especially chris he helped in explaining everything to us even though its 11.45 PM when we checked in. Breakfast was way too good and they have lunch and dinner options served to the room for a reasonable price. The vibe and ambience was perfect for couples
  
  What could be improved: Not a issue but the hand shower in the bathroom had issues, but the overhead shower was working fine, so there were no issues, also they are under renovation and maintenance so they told everything will be fixed before summer.

The service is excellent, and the location offers a perfect balance of tranquility while being easily accessible to Mykonos hottest spots. It’s ideal for an unforgettable, luxurious getaway.
