  The staff were always present and very happy to help you. We were immediatly met with cocktails and given a free room upgrade!
  
  It is a very relaxing place with a great view at breakfast with the option to change scenery and sunbathe/ have breakfast at the otherhotel at the complex.

  The hotel staff was very helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near downtown, just a 10-minute walk away. There are also two other nearby hotels with fantastic pools for you to enjoy. I was particularly pleased with Tatiana, who was very helpful and accommodating to our requests.

  Breakfast was amazing, the staff and service was excellent. The pool area is beautiful, everything is so clean and up to a high standard. The rooms are lovely and spacious, really comfortable. Decor is also stunning in every part of the hotel. The pool menu is great!
  
  What could be improved: More water available in the rooms. To be honest everything was really amazing it's hard to say what we didn't like.

  Lovely adults only hotel with great pool and pool side menu. Rooms very comfroywoth good quality shower products. Hotel was attentive and gave surprise treats to our friend on her birthday..the onsite restaurants Noa and Baos are excellent award winning restaurants
