As soon as I stepped into the room, it felt like I was in a scene from a movie: everything was spotless, bright, and serene. Each morning, I felt like royalty when breakfast time. The location is really easy to come by car and the hotel is so beautiful. I’ll never forget my stay at Ilio Maris
Very nice, small hotel. Perfect location just barely outside the Chora. The room (seaview) was very good with a nice balcony facing the sea. Super friendly staff!
What could be improved: In November the pool was freezing cold, but there is a small beach 5 mins walk from the hotel by the windmills, which is protected from the north wind and you can swim in the sea.
My partner and I had a perfect stay at Ilio Maris. The location is excellent for central Mykonos, just a 5 minute walk into the main town. Hotel is small, friendly, quiet, perfectly clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast choice and quality really good for a small hotel.

What could be improved: Too short
This was our first time in Mykonos as a couple celebrating our honeymoon. We chose to stay at ilio Maris and boy let me tell you everything there was perfect, it met our expectations. Peter at reception was so kind and helpful with our needs , he went above and beyond to also show us where to go and what to do and let me tell you it didn't disappoint. I still can't thank him enough for introducing us to a local restaurant which by the way is his favourite too. We ended up eating at least 4 times during our 6 nights stay. The other staff who controlled each area were just as helpful and looking after the guest and fulfilling any needs. Breakfast timing was great, was open until 11 am and this gave us plenty of time to sleep in from previous day activities and still not miss out on breakfast. A very great range of food at the buffet to choose from.
What could be improved: The only thing we didn't like was the TV in our room. This being a 4 star hotel , you would expect to have a nice smart TV, as it was so old and dated .Unfortunately we ended up watching what we wanted either on our phone or using our laptop.
We did 6 nights here in mid-October and loved the hotel and its staff. Rooms were very clean throughout our stay, Konstantinos at the bar was amazing - probably some of the best cocktails we’ve had. Abi and Antonis were our waiters each day around the pool, they were so friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble for them.
