  Special mention to the hotel staff like Dora and Angela. Their helpfulness and warmth made the stay there extra special. Lovely accommodation with great views, Breakfast was amazing; great variety and good coffee. Very good for island standards.

  Everything, the breakfast was really good, lots of food, the cappuccino prepared by one of the girls was great! Hotel and room super clean, room was really comfortable, not super spacious but good size. Staff was amazing and super helpful. Location was good, close walk to the city, but it was a bit on a hill. The view from the top was great and you can see the sunset.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. In terms of accessibility could be more difficult for some people, because of all the stairs, but no problem for us at all.

  The team at Hotel Madalena are absolutely amazing. The manager took time to point out areas of interest on the map and to let us know where the good restaurants were. He was never too busy to answer any questions. We booked a room with three beds and it was so spacious. We never felt like we were on top of each other and the views from the room were spectacular. The sunsets from our beds will be something I will remember for a long time.
  Please be sure to indulge in the breakfast provided. From sweet to savoury, the chef provides everything you need. Even gluten free bread! Thank you team Madalena!
