  The property had an amazing view! The host was so kind to pick us up from the ferry at arrival as well as have her father drop us off at the airport for a very early flight upon leaving! The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well!
  
  What could be improved: Not really a complaint but if you have mobility issues this would not be the place to stay. 10 minute walk from the town up hill climb the whole way.

  What a wonderful stay we had! Katerina is an amazing host who helped with any questions we had. She told us the best places to eat and gave us ideas on things to do.
  The studio is lovely and clean with extras like a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Towels were changed everyday too.
  We are looking forward to staying again. The view over Mykonos Town is breathtaking yet it’s only about a ten minute walk to town.
  It was lovely to meet Katerina’s mum too who made us feel very welcome.

  I absolutely loved my stay here for 5 nights in April. The communication from Katerina the host was brilliant, she picked me up at the airport which was such good service. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The shower was powerful and with lots of hot water. I loved spending my time on the terrace just looking at the view. The apartment cat was a bonus!
  The location was excellent for me, it is about a 5-10 min walk down stairs to the main town but this didn’t bother me at all, in fact I liked the excersise!
  Would highly recommend booking here to be able to enjoy Mykonos. Thank you Katerina.

  This is the best spot in Mykonos to watch the sunset. From up here, you can overlook the old town, the windmills, and the sea. The view is incredibly beautiful.
  It’s located on a hilltop, about a 15-minute walk to the old town, and the slope is quite steep. There’s an AB supermarket within 10 minutes on foot. There are only a few restaurants nearby, but you can still find some cafés.
  
  The room is simple but well-equipped. It has a small kitchen for cooking and a bathroom with a small tub.
  
  The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They tried their best to assist me with anything I needed. The free port pickup service is also a lovely bonus. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Mykonos.

  Everything went PERFECT, from picking us up from the airport (and returning at the end of our week stay, all complementary), the absolutely beautiful view..the quietness of the property, the closeness to town, the 'out of their way' services to our rooms and to us, the amazing hosts! The most perfect location, well appointed rooms, and I felt they went out of their way to make sure our trip/stay with them was amazing, AND IT WAS!!! Everyday our rooms were cleaned, fresh towels, and they'll even changed your sheets daily if desired. Wonderful family run business that I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Germanos Studio's. Our week stay was too short. When we left, it was like we were leaving family behind. I will return in 2025 and will be staying again at Germanos! The value for the money was above and beyond reasonable. Thank you Germanos Studio's for making my sister and my stay a most wonderful memory! Oh how we miss sitting on our beautiful balcony overlooking all of Mykonos town and the beautiful sea.   The room was spacious, and immaculately clean. I loved the comfortable bed, and the view from my window was stunning—overlooking the city skyline.
  
  Service was exceptional across the board. Katerina was attentive, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and room service was quick and efficient.
  
  Would definitely stay here again!
  
  What could be improved: Nothing – though the apartment is centrally located, it’s on top of a hill and a car or scooter would be necessary. Katrina recommended us a car service, if we had stayed longer we would have definitely rented a vehicle

  Location was fantastic (bit of an uphill climb but the view is worth it).
  The hostess was lovely, provided a free lift to and from to the airport. They also cleaned the room daily upon request.
  The bed was comfortable and the aircon was functional, the blackout curtains were good for sleeping.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen utensils need upgrading, the pan especially was a bit battered and our breakfast kept sticking to it.

  Love this place so much! I can spend months here and enjoy every moment of the time! Katerina was so sweet and helpful! She picked up us from the port and sent us back to the port at no charge. The view was spectacular and you can see the entire Mykonos town , old port, new port, sunset .. all the cruise lines coming in and out..! I will definitely come back to stay here again! Thanks Katerina and her mom!!

  Oh! Since this place is at the top of the hill, you will need to feel comfortable climbing up (short 5 to 10 minutes uphill).
