  Calistus is definitely an amazing place to stay. The service was top notch; they provided genuine recommendations and were accomodating with everything we asked. If you are looking for a place to stay that is a bit quieter and away from the busy city centre, than this location is perfect. It is a 2 minute walk from the port and you can still get to the city centre easily via sea-bus or by walking about 15 minutes along the road. The view from the balcony and pool are stunning !

  Sophia was absolutely amazing, she helped us settle in and provided valuable information to us! Very friendly staff and rooms were always cleaned nicely. The location is good and if you hire an ATV it’s even better.

  We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Calistus Hotel for 10 wonderful days. Our room was spotless, the view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi on our balcony. Sofia, who works at the front desk, was the kindest, most thoughtful host we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was always ready to help with anything we needed, and made us feel right at home. We had a nice chat every day. She was like a best friend. Thank you, Sofia – you're the best!

  The hotel has beautiful views to the sea. Our transfer from the harbour was prearranged by the hotel and we were waiting for at the harbor even though our ferry was late. The room was spacius, we booked a regular room but was upgraded to a room with a hot tub. Our host Sofia was helpful in very way possible. Thank you again.

  Lovely location with sunset views over the harbour. Sofia was amazing and couldn't have been more helpful from check in to check out. Room was spacious for a couple and clean, cleaned daily and fresh towels daily, whatever we needed Sofia and the team provided and also at times without us asking. I. E. We went to the pool and the cleaner brought us pool towels as she could see we had none, bought a bottle of wine from the shop one evening Sofia gave us a corkscrew and 2 glasses without having to ask. On check in I asked Sofia if she could put a happy birthday message to my wife and she went above and beyond decorating the room, cocktail in arrival was amazing!

  The room was very spacious and clean with a big balcony that had lovely views of the port. The bathroom was a good size and the room had a nice feel to it with it having a big glass door that the sun shone through in the afternoon.

  Sofia at reception is amazing! She quickly answered all my questions via the booking app, including arranging for transportation from the port to the hotel and then for a rental car to be dropped off at the hotel. She was very helpful providing suggestions of places to visit on the island.
  
  We arrived at 9 pm after a delayed ferry and she cheerfully greeted us to check in and was at the desk again first thing the next morning.
  
  The hotel itself was lovely with a clean room, comfortable bed and astonishing sunset view from the pool deck.
