Great location. Large studio with a loft for a child. Quiet. Has a small balcony. Average condition. Full kitchen. No television.
What could be improved: Unfortunately the wifi was really bad.
Amazing location right next to windmills and very close to lots of cafes and restaurants!
Location, staff, facilities.
What could be improved: The sleeping loft is not for kids or mobility challenged. No railing at the top of stairs and LOW, LOW ceiling up there. You cannot stand up.
Perfectly placed right next to the windmills. It was quiet at night. Had a fantastic shower. I was able to have use right up to my very late flight back. Helpful owner and staff member at the office.
What could be improved: Could have done with a proper full clean. The wardrobe and drawers had not been cleaned properly. the coffee machine had not been emptied from last use. There was a leek from the sink. I was not offered a pick up form the airport when it is clearly advertised on booking.com website.
The location of the apartment is great and it's a good size. The apartment was neat and quite clean. The bathroom is very new and the shower is amazing.
What could be improved: We requested a transfer and were told we'd be collected from the Ferry Port however when we arrived we were told to take a taxi. We then had to call to find out where to collect the key and find the office ourselves. When we got to the apartment the WiFi didn't work and even though we called 4 times no one came to assist.
The rental agent walked me to the property.
What could be improved: It wasn't exactly easy to find the rental agent's office. Also, I didn't know the rental agent's office was some distance from the property. If I had had a lot of luggage the walk to the property would gave been arduous.

What could be improved: Unica pecca le signore delle pulizie molto sgarbate e il letto soppalcato non utilizzabile x 2 adulti, 1° perché soppalco molto basso e 2° il letto è da una piazza e 1/2, abbiamo comunque utilizzato un 2° letto nella stanza principale dove si trova altro matrimoniale
Excellent location, very clean and had most of the basic equipment needed for our stay. Beds were very comfy. Great to be met at the airport and driven to the apartment by George who gave us advice on places to go, eat, etc. Lovely shower room.
What could be improved: Lack of privacy maybe an issue for some people, as the apartment is basically one big open plan room, with one of the beds up a steep set of stairs. Access could also be an issue for some people as the apartment is up a set of steep fairly narrow steps. Could have done with a corkscrew, an iron and a second key.
Enough space for a family of 4, renewed bathroom and had all the appliances you would need to cook a meal, nice beds, and above all is the location of this apartment, 1 min away from the Windmills and center of the city. George (the Host) was super kind all the way trough, from when we met at the airport, giving us several tips, super nice person overall, all recomended
