There are just so many things to say about this apartment!
First of all, Mykonos is a small island and what makes this apartment very good is also the fact it is near, but out of the center (around 15 minutes of walking) so you can rest and sleep well, yet you are always able to go to the pure center of Mykonos.
ANAIS is just PERFECT place to be in (I can say to live in either). The place is a huge property with typical Mykonos houses of various sizes. Each one of them is equipped with everything you need during your stay and is way too clean! The apartment for 3 people was utterly spacious and cozy, there is space for everything. The beds are good, the terrace is beautiful and the apartments are neat to each other but you also have privacy.
The yard is beautiful with a lot flowers and herbs. It can be seen they pay a lot of attention to every detail of the property.
Now, the best part of Anais are - Manolis and Marieta, the owners. Manolis is usually the one who receives the guests at first. I cannot put into words how detailed and passionate he is about Mykonos and how good he explains every single thing there. He has recommendations for a lot of restaurants, beaches, how good they are, what is the con of going there, the prices, the quality of food, busses to take, where to park - everything! Marieta is also indescribebly kind, witty and funny, always there to help and talk to you and make you feel like home. They are both so professional and patient, polite and talkative.
If I could, I would write tons of good recensions everywhere and 10 is not enough to explain how impressive everything is!

What could be improved: An option to write what you didn't like should be deleted for this apartment 😉
Host very chatty and friendly , told us where to catch buses and where the supermarket was , upgraded our room as end of season which was nice
What could be improved: traffic walking into Fabrica , in fact in most of Mykonos quite dangerous, pavements are narrow and often have trees obstructing you
Walking distance from airport and the town (both 20 minutes away). Property was clean and well equipped. Shower was really good. Marietta was lovely and very helpful. She helped us to plan our entire itinerary including great places to eat at
What could be improved: Walking into town is downhill, walking back to the hotel is uphill. There isn’t always a pavement but it’s pretty safe, the locals are considerate
Anais is a very welcoming host and she is willing to help you with any information you need to know about Mykonos (buses, supermarket, places to eat, car, etc). Room was clean, spacious and we had a pleasant stay in Mykonos. It is close to city center (walking distance - 15-20 min) and airport (walking distance - 20 min).
It was very clean. Near from city. Very god location. I love the crispy andgood smell of the bedding .
We felt very welcome.

The accommodation looked like a little Greek village, which was very charming.

The service was great. Marietta was incredibly helpful and the communication with her was prompt and respectful at all times. The room itself was very confortable as well and the whole hotel is very pretty.
What could be improved: I think the tv remote was a little low on batteries, and that´s hardly a complain. Everything was perfect.
Comfortable studios, very clean and well equiped. Marietta and her family were excellent hosts. For sure we will come again next year! Great value for money.

I highly recommend this place. The host is the kindest host I've ever met. She speaks several languages (At the same time lol), and she gave us great pieces of advice regarding what places to visit, when and how to arrive. She was always available to help us. The rooms are great, and the condominium itself has a great design, aligned with Mykonos architecture.
What could be improved: NOTHING, it was perfect!
